Lately I have been on a yogurt-kick, as I am trying to go for a no-cook, fast, and easy breakfast meal for my more busiest days. In just minutes, I am able to put together a bowl of yogurt with berries and honey.
More Fast Breakfast Recipes:
As much as I love cooking, but some mornings I need to get my protein in without spending time preparing it.
I decided to give So Delicious yogurt a try. I picked out their vanilla flavor with no sugar so I had wiggle room to add sweetness on my own.
There’s no cooking involved and it takes less than 5 minutes to put together. I keep my raspberries frozen, so I just defrosted them in a bowl of cold water. That’s really the only thing that kind of need to be prepared. Everything else is just thrown on top.
If you want to use frozen raspberries, that’s fine too. I prefer a softer raspberry texture – and I get that from having it quickly thawed.
Yogurt Topping Ideas:
- Sliced Almonds
- Peanut Butter
- Pumpkin Seeds
