Flavorful Air Fryer Red Potatoes are the perfect weekday dinner side dish or holiday side! Made with garlic salt and tossed in parsley, it’s loaded with flavor. Done in just 15 minutes and EASY to make!
Cut the potatoes into quarters or into 1 ½-inch pieces. Place the potatoes into a large bowl and add the olive oil, garlic salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss until potatoes are well coated
Preheat the air fryer at 400 degrees F for a couple of minutes. Place potato quarters into the air fryer basket. Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking the tray halfway through the cook time. Work in batches if there isn’t enough space in the basket.
Remove potatoes from the air fryer and quickly transfer to a mixing bowl. Toss with parsley and add additional garlic salt to taste.
Notes
If you don’t have garlic salt, regular salt works too.
I used dried parsley, however, freshly chopped parsley can be used as well
Be sure to pat dry the potatoes after washing them.
