Cinnamon Brown Sugar Skillet-Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup raw, whole, unsalted pumpkin seeds
  • 2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt (optional)


  • Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a skillet over medium heat. Pour the pumpkin seeds into a skillet. Shake and stir pumpkin seeds frequently and cook for about 5 minutes until golden and fragrant.
  • Remove seeds from skillet and transfer to a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin seeds with 1 tablespoon of oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, a pinch of salt.
  • Allow the seeds to cool for about 5 minutes, then serve.
