Instructions
Place the spinach and water into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Add the mixed berries, avocado, and maple syrup. Blend and serve.
Notes
Use cold and frozen ingredients to avoid having to use ice, which can water down a smoothie.
For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen fruit or add ice. For a thinner smoothie, add more water.
