First, what is Veganuary? 

Veganuary is a month-long initiative created by a UK-based nonprofit that invites people to try eating entirely plant-based throughout January. The goal is to introduce newcomers to vegan living through guidance, education, and daily encouragement. 

Here, we’re just supplying some of our best plant-based recipes that are fan-favorites. You can also check the Veganuary website for more information about the challenge. There’s plenty of guides and resources to get you started.
